internship #2
no doubt, the middle one is my supervisor at site.
red helmet is the safety officer.
Both are trainee-friendly.
She gives me million dollar advises.
I thank her by million dollar heart.
It's my last day at site.
Office day next week doing my reports.

Internship #1
I'm in my 6th week of internship.
This week, I'm at the construction site.
Everyday, sure will going to site for trainee inspection.
Trainee inspection means that, RE will explain floor by floor in details.
By the way, my construction site is a high rise building of condominium.
It's an awesome construction site for training in term of mental as well as physical. :)
Recently, the construction process reach the 9th floor and I climb floor by floor to reach the peak.
Sometimes, out going to visit other sites as requested by RE for studying more.
Just some words, it's rarely to see female RE on site.
My site RE is a she. She is an IR as well. She had 10 years experiences.
But, she looks young. She is friendly and have the lecturer style.
She teaches patiently and very detail.
Maybe because of she decided to become a lecturer in UMS after she done her master.
In brief, my internship company is just nice.
In HQ, HR will keep her eyes on us to make sure we have works in hand.
In site, RE will make sure we learn site knowledge and also site documents.
Strongly recommend juniors for interns in future.
I do enjoy my internship.

Internship
My internship is now on the 5th week means I have another 7 weeks to go.
It's really fast and furious. At first, I thought doing internship is just a must to fulfill the government requirement. But, now, I feel it in another way as it provide us the preliminary experience of working in future.
Every morning, junior and senior engineers as well as the directors are busy bee doing their design works, preparing the reports for submission, answering the calls from clients, going in-out of office. Even though they are busy with their works, they are still willing to teach and do not show any moody face.Especially the HR, she is responsible and make sure that all the interns learn during the internship periods. ( * Sometimes I have to act like a busy bee in order to avoid she asks" Have you learnt anything today? If no, you can go to ask the engineers" )
The impressing part of this company is that, every employee is so relaxing listening to the music while doing their job in hand. The boss is just fine of it. In contrast, the directors and boss is very strict when discover any mistakes in the project involved. The best thing over the other companies in local is that the allowances provided is highly appreciated. Never expected allowances will be given and also the amount listed - not high, just enough for a trainee. *smile
Next week will be site-visit days for a month. It's another new experience in my interns life.
